I love baby showers.  I don’t think there are too many more special things in this world than celebrating an upcoming birth.  In Nicole’s case, this is #2, and I cannot wait to meet the little guy in May!  Nicole’s baby shower was held at Babycat Milkbar, Fairfield County’s latest pop-up shop and cafe in Wilton, CT.  The shop’s items include the owner’s own brand of tea, Mamacat’s Q. TeaMy favorite?  Ruby Slippers.  If you’re in the area, you have got to stop by 300 Danbury Rd and check it out!

What do you get when a #1 International bestselling author falls in love with a stunningly beautiful lawyer turned entrepeneur?  You get this family – complete with the two most adorable children you have ever seen. Seriously.  I was honored to receive an email from my dear friend Liz – they needed a last minute family portrait.  So we headed out into their backyard for 20 minutes, and I clicked away.  If you haven’t yet read Conor’s book, Little Princes: One Man’s Promise to Bring Home the Lost Children of Nepal, you’re missing out.   Liz is the Founder and CEO of Still the Sea (www.stillthesea.com), a retail destination offering products for inspired living, and an online community dedicated to the journey of faith.  They offer products and content that refresh, inspire, and help you to lead lives filled with beauty, truth and love.  It doesn’t get any better than that – or this:

What can I say about this little man?  He is way beyond the average cuteness of a baby, if you ask me.  And I adore his mother, Lisa, more than words can say.  I met her for the first time when our little ones were no more than a month old – we bonded over our babies’ dairy allergies.  This shoot was a blast from start to finish.  Thank you, Mother Nature, for a 65 degree and sunny day in early March.  Thank you Lisa and Ethan, for looking effortlessly perfect in every frame.  Enjoy!

  • Lisa Massey - how is this Ethan?? I barely remember this little baby. I’m so glad you were able to capture him at his most super cutest!ReplyCancel

You’ll be seeing a lot of my baby girl on this site.  I take out my camera at least three times a day.  This is why I love photography so much.  You can capture so many special moments and relive them over and over again.  I was planning Adalyn’s 6 month shoot for a while and thought that with it being late January, I would be stuck inside.  Well, a 50 degree sunny Tuesday just happened to come along, and I couldn’t help but bring the chair I planned to use as a prop outside.
